After purchasing the roughly 15,000 sq.ft. building, the interior was completely dismantled. Extensive construction was completed on the first and second floors for the new offices of the "Veterans Homeless Resource Center." Construction also included new electrical service, zone controlled HVAC systems, data and communication lines, lighting, new fire suppression and alarm systems and the installation of a passenger elevator. In addition to the elevator, all floors are accessible by code compliant emergency exterior and interior stairways. The property includes an exterior lighted and paved parking lot for 30+ automobiles and is partially enclosed by a decorative capped concrete block wall. The building meets all current life safety rules and regulations and plans are currently being discussed to install additional energy efficient products. The third floor is currently unoccupied and will need renovations to meet the needs of a future tenant.
